Love Takes Over, published in 1996
Thomas’ first album includes the favorites, When I Think Of You, Are You Gonna Make Love To Me, and the very popular title track, Love Takes Over.
Thomas’ sophomore album was written and produced in 2000.
This album included the songs “Baby I Do,” “
Those Eyes,” and the popular “Love Has Taken Over My Heart.”
In 2001, Thomas decided to create a gospel album as a dedication to the memory of his father, Ray.

In 2003, Thomas wrote and produced, You Are The One.
It’s title track, along with such great pieces as “A Wonderful Thing,” and “Dancin’ On A Tightrope,” made this album a must have from Thomas’ repertoire.
"What A Wonderful Season" was released in 2005.
It included 11 original songs for the holidays that Thomas had originally written for his high school students at Fairdale High School in Louisville, Kentucky. Standout hits from this album include "You're The Only Gift For Me," "Watch The Stars Go By," and "Snowflakes."
Also released in 2005 was Thomas’ first album where he performed cover songs by other composers. Included in this offering were 2 Bacharach/David gems, along with songs by The Skyliners, Luther Vandross, and Holland/Dozier/Holland.
Several of these songs were later released on other albums.
Thomas has always enjoyed the holiday season. For this album, he put together a set of favorite carols and holiday songs to help make the season more merry.
This, too, was produced in 2005. Some great songs to hear on this album include "Greensleeves (What Child Is This?)," "O, Holy Night," and "The Three Kings Samba."
Thomas was always a fan of Dionne Warwick, B.J. Thomas, and the Bacharach/David sound.
In 2007, Thomas decided to put together 11 of his favorite Bacharach/David songs on a single album. This 2007 album will be re-released digitally on January 31, 2026. Pre-order the album on January 14!
Even though Thomas was putting together a huge project with the Bacharach/David album, he continued to write.
This 2007 is, in Thomas’ opinion, one of his strongest albums ever recorded. So, Start Listening! This album contains Thomas' biggest selling song, "I Wanna Be Your Boyfriend."
Also, in 2007, Then and Now: Songs of Faith was a tribute album to his mother, Doris, who taught him to sing.
She also taught him the gospel songs on this original album. The album also contains a few of Thomas’ original work.
Thomas' sister joined him on some duets from this album as well. The link to YouTube has a combination of songs from Thomas' first gospel album and this one. It is not the complete album.
In 2009, Thomas was in a mood to get people dancing. That is just what happened with this album.
“Like Yesterday” was a selection of songs to keep you moving along. The hit song “Party With My Friends” has become a favorite. Other stand-outs include "Heartbeats" featuring Thomas' sister, Pam Stafford, and "In The Morning Light."
Thomas continued writing and working on some remixes of some previous releases.
This 2012 offering was just the right ticket! With the new title song, Thomas was setting the stage for his 2018 double album set.
Completed and released in 2018, "Enjoying The View" is an eclectic set of 14 songs with a variety of styles.
Along with the title song, other standouts include “For The Longest Time,” “Just Not Getting Better,” and “On My Own.”
In 2021, Thomas set out to write an entire album’s worth of material within one year.
He managed to write 9 songs within two months, then decided to revisit a song on his “A Tribute…” album to finish it off. The result is this multi-styled fun album. Some favorites from this album include, "Hopeless Case," "Cry," and "I Never Dreamt."
Light 2025
